But there are several 'Logical Errors' which I believe is just your wrong use of words. For example in one of the above paragraphs : 1) Contribution had dropped for the past few months. 2) Our activities had multiplied and 3) our expenditure too had increased. In a well managed accounting system, when INCOME reduces EXPENDITURE decrease too. A good and well trained Accountant will efficiently manage a financial system such that when "Contribution dropped for few months" he will not allow "Expenditure too had increased". If contribution dropped and yet expenditure increased, this indicated an unqualified Accountant or could be a sign of group corruption in the process. But this I do not believe ever happen in your well reputation community. I strongly believe you’re "Contribution NEVER dropped" and "Activities had multiplied" and "Expenditure too had increased" should be the correct words. May God Bless! Hi, me Monica again
