Mid Year Institute Campaign

Dates: 28 May -12 June 2005

Main Objectives

• Assist as many youths and school teachers to advance one Ruhi Book during
school holidays.

• To train significance number of effective tutors, Junior Youth animators and
Children’s Class teachers and local human resources for core activities.

I ) Regional Tutor Refresher Course

For tutors, Book 7 graduates and friends who wish to tutor Ruhi Book.

Date: 21 May 2pm – 22 May 6pm Venue: Padawan Bahá’í Centre

Purpose: Learning to become an effective tutor for Ruhi Book 1,2,3,4,6,7.

Ruhi Book 7 graduates and tutors, your service to tutor one course from 28 May
-12 June is urgent. Please call us if you are available. Thank you!

II) Advance 1 book – Ruhi Book 4,6,7 or 1,2,3

Groups and tutors for the following places have confirmed :

Book 7: Kg Belimbing Besi (BM), Kg. Selampit, Kg Mayang Tea,

Book 6: Kg Selampit (BM), Sg Bulu, Kg Belimbing Besi (BM)

Book 4: Bugu Mawang (BM)

Book 3: Bugu Mawang, Kg Sumpas Tampek, Ipuh Diyang, Kg Mujat (BM)

Book 2: Kg Mujat, Kg Selampit, Betong Kanowit, Padawan (BM)

Every one is encouraged to complete one book with practice for coming school
holiday. If you have not register, you may join any group above; or find your
group & tutor, fix venue and schedule according to your convenient.

III) First Regional Course for Book 5 in Central

Venue: SIBU Bahá’í Centre Date: 31 May-4 June 2005 (Gawai Holiday)

Tutors of Ruhi Book 3 ,children’s lass teachers, junior youth animators and
tutors who

have completed Book 4 are urged to attend. Hock Siew can arrange for replacement

tutors (for Sibu Cluster) if you are tutoring those dates.

Though this course is held in Sibu, friends from other places are encouraged to
come for we still have very few tutors this very important course to enhance our
teaching skills!

IV) Upcoming Junior Youth Animator Training and Teachers Gatherings

National Children and Junior Youth Education Coordinator Miss Geriti Katik our
resource person Mr Lee Yih Ven will be visiting advance clusters May-July to
train our newly appointed Children’s Class and Junior Youth Cluster
Coordinators; organize Children’s Class teachers gathering, get the statistic,
access SBI programs for Junior Youths animator and Children’s Class teachers and
train animators for Junior Youth Empowerment Programs. Their tentative visiting
schedule is below. We hope individuals, institutions and communities will give
them and your cluster coordinators
